The journey has been one of discovery and decision-making. Initially, we wanted to use ‘furoshiki’—fabric wraps to protect our products, but it just wasn’t feasible at the time. We then explored compostable bags, but found that many are not home-compostable, and composting facilities can be hard to find, depending on where you are.
