It features multiple asymmetrical pockets, a double waistband with an interior lace loop and channels along the center of the legs with laces running inside for length adaptability. Gather them for a ‘stepped-out-of-a-cuento-de-hadas’ look, keep them sleek for 'I-mean-business' days. Made from deadstock Piélago blue polyamide.

Taking care of your clothes right starts by washing them when they actually need it, and not just out of habit. Most times, spot cleaning is enough for small stains, letting them air outside makes your garments feel fresh again, and basic sewing skills can work wonders when something is in need of a repair. Don't worry if this feels like a lot to take in; we've got resources for you right here, but the basic washing instructions for the Basajaun are:
Wash cold on delicate cycle
Avoid bleach
Do not tumble dry
Hang dry
Do not iron
Keep in mind that the wax finish on this garment can lead to slight color variations and imperfections. Over time, this coating will gradually wear away with use.

The pockets follow a pattern of negative symmetry; on the right side, there is a patch cargo pocket, while on the left, there is an inner zip pocket of the same volume. This last one features two interior subdivisions.
On the back, the left pocket is a patch pocket, while the right pocket is an internal concealed pocket, accessible by an invisible zipper from the side seam.
The two front pockets are Italian pockets, but the left one features a flap extending from the waistband to the side seam, along with a secret inner pocket, perfect for your stash.
The wearer can interact with and configure the shape of the Beleño in many ways, thanks to the channels in the waistband and along the front and back of the legs, resembling ironed pleats. The laces running through these channels, adjusted and secured by stoppers, support the ADAPTABLE SISTEMA.
Closed waist secured by a lace, with an elastic band at the back for a better fit. You can flip the waistband over, and it features four belt loops on the reverse side, allowing for a double waist effect.
The DUAL SISTEMA rethinks how the shorts are worn. The Beleño can be reversed, worn either from the front to the back or vice versa.
Small Specs Graphic printed on the interior of the left cargo pocket.
Buttons and stoppers made from corozo palm seeds, cleaned and processed to create lightweight trimmings. In developing their design, we ensured the buttons could handle multiple layers of fabric, and that the stoppers could also serve as buttons thanks to their round shape.
Constructed from deadstock polyester fabric in Piélago blue. Sourced and assembled in Portugal.
As part of the INITIATION SISTEMA, the Beleño is delivered inside out, and sealed with a tack stitch. The garment remains inaccessible until this seal is unstitched. Whatever happens after is in your hands. The mark left by the thread is not a defect but a signature of Gospel Studios, and an individual trait that changes from one garment to another.
